Filo wrapped portobello mushroom , goats cheese,honey,garlic,butter and rosemary..

This is such a lovely easy dish to do…fill the mushroom with the chosen ingredients..wrap carefully with the filo pastry. Push a cocktail stick through the twist to hold it together while baking. Remove when finished baking and use a long chive stalk to use as a tie.. so pretty on the plate!!
